Marketing Materials and Sign Orders
At eXp Realty, Agents determine the look and feel of their own brand. This means you can keep the same logo and branding you’ve established over the years, or develop a new look using customizable templates. The goal is to make marketing your personal brand as easy as possible by offering easy-to customize marketing materials and resources.

The guidelines include all of the elements that make up the new eXp Realty brand – including eXp logo, typography, color palettes and image styles. These elements help create a strong and consistent brand identity. If you have any questions about the guidelines, please contact a member of the marketing team at marketing@exprealty.com.
The eXp Marketing Center is eXp Realty’s go-to source for marketing materials. With a few quick clicks of a mouse, you can personalize hundreds of templates. From open house resources to social media images. No design skills
necessary! When asked to log in, use the guest pass ID and password sent to you as part of the application process (search email for ‘Activate’).
Custom Materials
Prefer a custom design? No problem. Agents are allowed to use their own custom marketing materials if they choose. Once you’ve personalized an item, you can choose to download the file, share it to social media, have it professionally printed, or create a mailing project – all from the eXp Marketing Center.

- Submit all marketing materials to your State or Provincial Broker Team for approval prior to use. Contact information for Designated Managing Broker can be found in the Directory.
Sign Designs and Ordering
eXp Realty sign templates can be found here. You can place an order with Build A Sign using one of their pre-designed templates or your custom design using the links below.
***NOTE: As with other marketing materials send proofs to your State or Provincial Broker Team for approval prior to ordering. If this is a custom order it’s a good idea to seek approval from the marketing team in addition to the Broker by emailing your proof to: marketing@exprealty.net.
