Step 1: License Transfer

When you receive an eXp email with the subject line “License Transfer Process”, eXp is ready for you to transfer your license.

You may have received an email from the Broker Admin Team or from our team here at The Honey Badger Nation with your States information and instructions. Some States allow you to request the transfer online through the states website, some require a form to be mailed, and some require your existing Broker to release your license online.

***Please be aware sometimes your existing broker will deactivate your license after you give notice of leaving.  So be sure to have any forms, if needed, filled out and ready to submit before you speak to your existing Broker.  

If you can request a transfer online you will want to tell you Broker and then complete the request.
